About Me

I am working toward a bachelor's degree in journalism at the University of Missouri with dual emphases in reporting + writing and cross-platform editing + producing. Although I am a third-year student at MU, I will graduate with my bachelor's degree in May 2024 and my master's degree in May 2025, which has an emphasis of data and investigative journalism.

I currently am a reporter on the Columbia Missourian's Mizzou football beat and serve as an assistant city editor for city/county government at the newspaper. I also am the of MU's Society of Professional Journalists.

“Journalism can never be silent: that is its greatest virtue and its greatest fault. It must speak, and speak immediately, while the echoes of wonder, the claims of triumph and the signs of horror are still in the air."

Henry Grunwald
